She&nbsp;subsequently&nbsp;spent&nbsp;nearly two&nbsp;decades strengthening health systems across Africa with USAID,&nbsp;BroadReach, and the&nbsp;Aurum&nbsp;Institute.&nbsp;<br>Karin currently serves as a senior business consultant and board advisor to NGOs, research partners, start-ups, and the&nbsp;Unitaid&nbsp;Board&#8217;s NGO Delegation;&nbsp;supporting strategic growth and locally led innovation. He spent the first nine years of his career working at Deloitte. He then moved into the charity sector and currently is Deputy CEO &amp; CFO for Blue Cross, the animal welfare charity. He also has experience as a strategic communications consultant for a range of third sector organisations. With over two decades in the development sector, Anup has extensive experience in collaborating with stakeholders in retail, institutions, CSR, HNIs, and multi &amp; bi-lateral agencies. His expertise spans healthcare, livelihood, education, early childhood development, and disaster response. Anup previously led Fund Development &amp; Communications at SOS Children&#8217;s Villages International, overseeing the 15 countries in Asia region. He also served on SOS Children\u2019s Villages boards in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Philippines, and Sri Lanka. Anup honed his skills at HelpAge, Charities Aid Foundation, and CRY-Child Rights &amp; You before taking pivotal roles at UNICEF in Indonesia and India and ActionAid Indonesia.
