We’re always happy to receive feedback. We understand that things sometimes go wrong. We see complaints and feedback as an opportunity to learn, enabling us to continually make improvements. Our aim is to deal with any problems quickly and efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We aim to resolve complaints as quickly as possible and, if you are not happy with our response, we will arrange for a second (and third, if necessary) review of your complaint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are registered with the Fundraising Regulator. If you remain unhappy with any complaint resolution regarding fundraising, and internal processes have been exhausted, then you may contact the Fundraising Regulator<\/strong><\/a> to investigate independently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
